
The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture’s Bath House Cultural Center is seeking proposals from Dallas-based artists and organizations, cultural producers and/or individual artists for summer camp arts programming focusing on theater, music, dance, and visual arts for students ages 11-14. The BHCC’s summer camp will take place July 6-July 24, 2026, Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.

Submissions must be received by the submission deadline of Friday, April 10, 2026
Eligibility
Preference will be given to Dallas-based performing artists and organizations, cultural producers and/or individual artists that have worked with the neighborhood cultural centers in the past or other performing arts venues in Dallas and North Texas for summer camp arts programming.
General Submission Guidelines
Include a description (minimum 150-word) with a fee proposal, including organizational mission, proposed artist(s), and previous experience working with Dallas and regional arts and cultural venues and/or organizations. The following criteria must be included in the submitted proposal(s):
• Previous examples of artistic services provided for summer camp arts programming.
• Cost per child/student as a percentage of overall budget.

Selected candidate will be notified by email by Friday, April 17, 2023
About the Bath House Cultural Center
The Bath House Cultural Center is a division of the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture. The center is dedicated to fostering the growth, development, and quality of multicultural arts in Dallas. The center houses a 116-seat theater, three gallery spaces, and several multipurpose spaces. The center’s energetic atmosphere and programming creates a hotbed for the nurturing of new work, and an exciting place where artists and audiences meet to explore and enjoy the arts.
