April 22, 2025 – Judah Bell

Judah Bell is an independent artist and producer from Tyler, TX. His style of music is eclectic. Bell creates, writes, and plays what inspires and resonates with him most by not limiting himself to any one genre. Bell plays multi-instruments with a strong bias to the guitar and piano. He favors Logic, Fl Studio, and Pro Tools when it comes to production/engineering work, often using real instruments when recording.

Music is one of Bell’s greatest passions. Whether it’s recording in the studio, playing live, or collaborating with friends, he finds the world of art and music to be a beautiful display of human creativity and greatness. He is grateful to be a part of that display by cultivating and sharing his gifts with audiences.

May 6, 2025 – The South African Heritage Ensemble

The South African Heritage Ensemble is led by Andre Swartz, presenting the music of his heritage with a band full of some of the best musicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

From his first job as a teen as a sweeper in a Cape Town aluminum factory to touring with the Royal Shakespeare Company with a residency in Stratford Upon Avon, André draws from his culture and life experiences to create and perform music. André started playing drums at the age of 12 at his church. A decade later, he interviewed at the University of Cape Town with friends on a whim. His acceptance into the UCT jazz program changed the trajectory of his life and career to be a full-time musician and teacher.

His passion for education drives André as much as his passion for his craft. He has taught all levels and ages, and was most recently the Head of Faculty (as well as a drum kit and music business lecturer) at COPA Cape Town, a music college preparing young adults for careers in music.

His influences include world music, jazz, funk, RnB, neo-soul, Motown, gospel, progressive metal and math metal, classic rock, reggae, and hip hop.
