This festival is a dynamic fusion of tradition and modern celebration, brought to you by the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture, Dallas Park and Recreation, Dallas Code Compliance, the Dallas Police Department, and Dallas United Crew, alongside the National Association of Asian American Professionals and the Asian American Association of City Employees. Additional sponsorship for this festival comes from UT Southwestern Medical Center, the Dallas Mavericks, and 99 Ranch Market.

Parking is free but limited. Please park in public lots surrounding White Rock Lake, carpool, or bike to the festival. Be respectful of neighborhoods nearby, and do not park on residential streets.
