The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture’s Bath House Cultural Center is seeking proposals from Dallas-based artists and organizations, cultural producers and/or individual artists for summer camp arts programming focusing on theater, music, dance and visual arts disciplines. The BHCC’s in-person summer camp will take place from: June 12-June 30, 2023, Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.

Eligibility:
Preference will be given to Dallas-based performing artists and organizations, cultural producers and/or individual artists that have worked with the neighborhood cultural centers in the past or other performing arts venues in Dallas and North Texas for summer camp arts programming, especially with ALAANA/BIPOC communities.
General submission guidelines:
A minimum 150-word description with a fee proposal, including organizational mission, proposed artist(s), and previous experience working with Dallas and regional arts and cultural venues and/or organizations. The following criteria must be included in the submitted proposal(s):
- Previous examples of artistic services provided for summer camp arts programming
- COVID safety protocols for artists and other contract personnel while onsite for programming
- Cost per child/student as a percentage of overall budget

Selected candidate will be notified by email by Friday, April 21, 2023
About the Bath House Cultural Center:
The Bath House Cultural Center is a division of the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture. The center is dedicated to fostering the growth, development and quality of multicultural arts in Dallas. The center houses a 116-seat theater, two gallery spaces, and several multipurpose spaces.
